The (top of the) Triple Splitter sits opposite the Caret Splitter. The Triple Splitter is a section of track with non-parallel rails. The large marbles make it all the way down the Triple Splitter, but the small marbles and medium marbles fall in the beginning and at the middle of the track, respectively.
November 2018: The Triple Splitter does not have a catchment for the medium marbles. They just fall down beside the Lower Zig Zag. Unfortunately, because I have built the Lower Zig Zag, building the catchment for the medium marbles will be tricky. I need to work on that sooner than later!
The small marble catchment works, but the small marbles do not currently pass under the rail of the Triple Splitter to reach the Little Wiggly Track.
This landing zone balances the Front Left Medium Landing Zone, and will eventually be fed by the Triple Splitter. It has a toothpick placed at an angle to keep marbles from rolling back once they arrive at the end.
As of Nov 2018, this landing zone is not yet connected to the Triple Spliter. That’s somewhat of a problem because the Lower Zig Zag makes it hard to put anything under the Triple Splitter, much less a medium track. Good thing it only needs to be short and straight.
This is not the first support for the Outer Spiral in terms of size or distance from either end of the Outer Spiral. It is the first support that was installed to support the Outer Spiral.
This piece fell from the sky into Reversible Guy’s hand because he needed it at that moment to add the Backplate for the Caret Splitter. To get it to fall from the sky I had to think of a reasonable explanation. There is a scene that explains it, but that scene will only be available on the DVD (or to Patreon patrons).
The Snake Plate was chosen by Lazy Snake as a good place to sleep. This informed the name of the plate and the U-Turn surrounding it.
As of this writing, it is inacessible, because the supports of the Snake Plate U-Turn Berm block marbles coming from the Lower Zig Zag.
As of this writing (Nov 2018) small marbles get stuck there and cannot move forward. I have a few ideas of how to fix it, but am not sure if they will work.
The Fifth Placed Outer Spiral Support is on the outer edge of the stage, right at the bottom of the Caret Splitter Right Hand Ramp. As of 10 December 2018, it has not yet glued by Mr McGlue, but has been cut by G Choppy.
